The MonicoPharma (MPL) team comprises of a young group of professionals and well qualified technical personnel. They live by Monico’s values and believe in customer's satisfaction. They ensure a comprehensive range of services as well as instant and sincere assistance to all customers as marketing activities spread all over Bangladesh.  The team members of MonicoPharma are of highly skilled and motivated.  MonicoPharma takes great pride in it’s team members.

Factory team is comprises of Pharmacists, Biochemists, Chemists, Engineers along with other professionals.

Young but experienced and dedicated team members of Product Management, Sales and Distribution are working together for having synergistic effect in achieving their objectives. Presently there are eight depots in six regions of Bangladesh, namely Dhaka -I & II, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Bogra, Rangpur, Comilla and Barishal.

Besides above, for the success of the company, there are also some other  teams who are engaged in their area like HRD, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounts etc.  

After six months of operation, the number of team members is more than 400.
